How do you ensure that my child’s identity is protected?

We have a very robust, GDPR-secure system in place and regularly update the security certificates on our website. We don’t display your child’s name online.

Once I’ve ordered, how long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

We normally say 10-to-14 working day after the date given for last orders when ordering though a School

Do we have to pay postage?

When ordering though a School or group we will deliver all orders to the School / group to save cost of postage

Can you return my child’s original Christmas artwork?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We don’t do this as a matter of course, but if you would like your child’s original Christmas artwork then please send a stamped and addressed envelope (please note artwork may need to be folded to fit in the envelope provided)  with your child’s name, class and school/group plus code on proof to Art 2 Print 33 Clarence Road, Weymouth. Dorset DT4 9EF. All artwork is securely recycled at the end of every season, so don’t delay! Your SAE envelope must be received in our office by 20th January, otherwise we cannot guarantee that the artwork will still be available.
